1. About the service

GSPORTS organises community esports tournaments. We are independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by KRAFTON, Inc. or KRAFTON India, the publishers of Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI). Your use of the game remains subject to the publisher's own terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, use only your own phone number and game account, and keep access to your account secure. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or the tournament rules.

3. Eligibility and local law

You must meet the minimum age set by the applicable law and by the game, and you may participate only where participation is lawful. Some tournament formats may be unavailable in some states or countries.

4. Entry and prizes

  • The current pilot is free to enter. Paid entry is not offered unless and until it is lawfully enabled and announced.
  • Advertised prize pools depend on confirmed sponsor funding and the prize terms published for each tournament.
  • Prize payment requires identity verification (KYC), compliance with tax law (including any tax deducted at source) and fair-play checks. Prizes may be withheld from players who breach the rules.

5. Conduct

Cheating, harassment, impersonation, sharing room credentials, and attempts to interfere with the platform are prohibited.

6. Results and disputes

Official results are those approved by tournament officials. Disputes are reviewed in good faith, and decisions after review are final within the platform.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for game-server outages, connectivity problems or decisions of the game publisher.

8. Changes and contact
