Refund policy

Current status: tournaments on this platform are currently free to enter, so no payments are collected and no refunds are due.

If paid entry is enabled in the future after the required legal and payment-provider reviews, the following will apply:

  • Tournament cancelled by us: full refund of the entry fee to the original payment method.
  • Withdrawal before the roster lock: refund of the entry fee, less any non-refundable provider charges disclosed before payment.
  • After the roster lock, no-shows or disqualification for rule breaches: no refund.
  • Duplicate or failed charges: refunded in full once confirmed with the payment provider.

Refunds are processed through our payment provider. Timelines depend on your bank and are typically 5–7 working days after processing. Contact support with your registration reference.
